ENFORCEMENT OF JUDGEMENTS

We undertake enforcement of foreign judgements in Hellas and enforcement of Greek Judgements in Hellas. Greek judgements are handed over to a bailiff (process-server) with a view to their enforcement. It is of vital importance to work with a competent bailiff, and therefore to this end we have established an excellent professional network. Enforcement is always carried out under our personal supervision. If you have an enforceable title, such as a) final (of second instance) decisions, as well as decisions of any Greek court declared provisionally enforceable; b) arbitral awards; c) records of Greek courts containing a settlement or determination of judicial costs; d) notarial documents; e) payment orders, issued by Greek courts and performance orders for the return of the use of leased property; f) foreign titles declared enforceable (Procedure we undertake); g) orders and deeds recognized by law as enforceable titles, you may contact our offices and pursue enforcement through the typical procedure provided for in Greek civil procedural law.
